Money Well Spent

Money Well Spent. I had been a regular gym rat for years going to the gym constantly wasting my time and money. I have tried everything in the book to get the physique that I wanted but to no avail.  I lost all faith in training then as I believed that I couldn’t achieve this and to be honest at the time I didn’t know who could help me.  I tried various training methods and Personal Trainers also. I was in a valley of despair so I just let myself go eating shit and  on the beer at the weekends for one if not two days.

The time had come I was sick of being out of shape and my nutritional habits were just awful. I heard about the guys at Clarke Fitness so I contacted them. To be honest it was not the first time I contacted them, I had done on previous occasions but didn’t show as I was apprehensive about being pushed out of the comfort zone I was in. I eventually did go and see the guys and I signed up to their notorious A12 Program in September past.

I’m not going to lie I was nervous as it was a big commitment one of the biggest in regards training that I had ever made. At the start I questioned myself , 4 + sessions per week ? the nutrition will I follow it ? Can I do this ?

 

This was the sort of thing I was saying to myself. However after sitting down with Conor the feeling of insecurity was eradicated and I was fully focused prior to the program. I had got myself in the right mindset and nothing was going to stop me achieving the physique I had always dreamed about.

I got stuck into the program from the outset. I would do my shopping on a Sunday for the week, and prep my food each night for my days work in  Dublin. Each morning I would get up at 430 am get my supplements and do what was necessary to give me the kick start for the day. I leave the house at 5 am and wasn’t getting back to the house most evenings at 8 pm. That’s just a little insight into the level of commitment I gave to the program. You get people who make the little excuses but If I can do it anyone can.

I remember thinking at the start that 12 weeks that it  seemed a long time but no joke it actually flies in it must have been the crack and camaraderie  in the gym itself. In regards the program and how it was delivered I’ve noting but the highest regard for the lads as it was beyond professional to say the least.

I was astounded  by my transformation not only had my physique completely changed my strength went completely through the roof. I went from 95 kg 1Rm Bench Press to 115 kg! Yes I jumped up 20 kg in 12 weeks I could believe it. Not only that, I maxed out at 5 chin ups at a struggle at the start, Now I was now doing chins up with 20 kg Kettlebell strapped to me.

This program completely exceed my expectations and I would urge anyone looking to transform their physique and sky rocket their strength to get on board.
