I lacked energy,motivation and couldn’t sleep……. BUT the #R30 changed all that.
For someone my age its not easy to commit to something like this. However I did it and to say I enjoyed it would be an understatement….. I loved every minute of it. Don’t get me wrong losing weight isn’t easy but it was the atmosphere and camaraderie within the gym and also the other people on the program driving you on every step of the way.
At the half way point 3 weeks ago , I had lost 4 kilos, 4 inches from stomach and 3.5 inches from my hips. So I am looking forward to see the outcome on Friday. The difference in my energy levels and sleep patterns is colossus. My nutrition now has completely changed from what it used to be. The good thing about the nutrition is the simplicity of it, its all about eating healthy and making good food choices.
What more can I say? Also they have a large punch bag which you can pummel in place of giving Ronan a clout for all the punishment he puts you through. Great discipline and I am glad I took Ronan’s advice to join the early morning group. He predicted that I wouldn’t complete an evening routine. He is right, I probably would have found all sorts of excuses not to attend. My fitness levels, body strength, posture and general well being have increased immensely. I cant believe we are into the last week. Tough but enjoyable even being the only man among 10 lovely ladies!!!
For me personally my fitness journey doesn’t end here it has given me a new lease of life and I would urge anyone who is looking to achieve their fitness goals to attend the #R30 as it will definitely give them the tools to achieve their goals.
