Rule 1: Eat less calories than you need per day

Rule 3: Remember, all calories count, even the ones that say “low calorie”
Rule 4: A calorie isn’t just a calorie.
Rule 5. A calorie does not care if you go to the gym 5 times per week and really want to lose weight.
Rule 6: If you cut calories, a calorie will not be offended.
Rule 7: Protein, carbs, fat and alcohol ALL contain calories. None of those calories specifically will make you fat. Too many calories of any macronutrient WILL.
Rule 8: You might love calories, we all do but if you love too many of them they will not care about YOUR feelings and will be stored as fa
